Professional credentials
I’m an ACE-Certified Master Executive Coach and an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with more than 5,000 coaching sessions under my belt. I know my craft well and I still keep learning. For the past 12 years, I’ve coached professionals across many different industries, combining behavioural psychology with the most up-to-date leadership practices and common sense.
A global perspective
I left my home country of Belgium 25 years ago and have since lived across various places in Europe and Asia. I understand first-hand the tension between ambition and belonging. This global lens shapes how I coach many expats and international leaders to stay grounded, read the room across cultures, and be adaptable, wherever they find themselves in the world.
A diverse professional background
Before becoming a coach, I spent 15 years as a political and media adviser in the UK, including a long stint at the Houses of Parliament in Westminster. Beyond its glamour, that place taught me a great deal about influencing, strategic thinking, and navigating complex relationships – skills I now regularly help others develop through my coaching.
Inclusive by nature
As a gay man, inclusivity matters deeply to me, and I love working with people from all walks of life, including many in the LGBTQ+ community. I always seek to create a coaching space where you can bring your whole self with no edits or masks required. Indeed, authenticity is central to the kind of leadership I help people cultivate: grounded, self-aware, and emotionally steady.
A life beyond coaching
I’ll probably coach until I drop, which hopefully won’t be anytime soon. Watching people grow and flourish from this close never gets old. And when I’m not coaching, you’ll likely find me in a local improv theatre pretending I’m funny, on a padel court pretending the ball was out, or at some electronic music event pretending I’m way younger than I look.
